Digital innovations are changing our society, industry, and economy very fast. Mobile, cloud technologies, Big data, and the Internet of things(IOT) offer more opportunities and growth, but their impact on our society is undeniable. So to control it, various law has been implemented worldwide. We also have to understand how the scale and speed of these changes impact or affect social and private life, government, democracy, and business.

Computer Ethics
Ethics is a set of moral principles that govern the behavior of a group or individual. And, Computer ethics is a set of moral principles that regulate the use of computer. As technology grows, it is impacting more people. So, computer ethics continues to create an ethical standard that addresses new issues created by new technology. For example, while it is easy to copy copyrighted content, computer ethics suggest it is wrong to do so without the author’s approval.

Objectives of Computer Ethics are:
• To ensure the privacy and safety of computer users.
• To help people use the computer in the right ways.
• To guarantee that the works done by someone did not declare by other people.

Importance of computer ethics are:
• To control plagiarism.
• To promote socilal values and morals in society.
• To control unwanted spam.
• To discourage dishonest business practices.

Behavior that does not follow computer ethics are:
• Stealing assets via computer
• Hacking
• Breaking into other’s computers without permission
• Phishing scam
