A search engine is a tool to locate information from World Wide Web. It collects and organizes content from all over the internet. Users enter something they wish to find, and the search engine displays the URL of the related topics. google.com and bing.com are the most popular search engines.

Web publishing refers to uploading content to the internet via web servers. It generally includes the process of developing, designing, and even maintaining it.

A domain name is the name of your website users use to visit your website. Domain name is later converted to Ip address to locate your website. Since it was difficult to remember the IP address of the website domain name was introduced for efficiency.

There are several companies that provide the services of web hosting. Web hosting makes it possible to access websites through the internet. When a user enters the domain name, it consists the address of the company’s computer which contains all your files. Then the computer sends back all files to the user’s browser to display content.

A content management system is a software application that is used to manage the creation and modification of digital content. A Content management system helps to add, modify, and update content in websites without prior knowledge of web development. This is used for enterprise content management(ECM) and web content management(WCM).
